Henri and Angel

Our 8 year old bulldog is in love with the new puppy! We kept them apart via a baby gate for the first couple of days, since Henri was so excited and so big. But today everyone is calm and settled and we let the two together. It is so funny to watch. Angel follows Henri everywhere around. Henri is very protective of her. When our shih-tzu gave a little snarl not to be disturbed by the pup Henri let him know that behavior wasn't allowed. The two are quite the pair and so sweet to watch! Things are going very well here. I just have to watch Henri with Puff (the shih-tzu) that she doesn't reprimand him too harshly since he's a little thing too:) We're looking forward to another mini-training session tonight. Right now though Angel is sleeping quietly in the crate and all is quite and peaceful.
